Trailing valuation is 18.3x earnings, 0.60x sales and 9.8x EV/EBITDA with 15.3% ROE, 4.9% ROIC and a 6.7% FCF yield, on modest leverage at 0.31x. Two of the last four reported results beat sharply (49.9%, 24.8%), one matched, one missed 42.3%. Twelve analysts model revenue rising from TRY912B in 2026 to TRY1.44 trillion by 2028 — again nominal. Beta of 0.008 and near-zero US volume confirm this is a very thinly quoted OTC ADR where the price simply tracks the Istanbul listing. Turkish food-retail price regulation is a recurring policy risk for the sector.
