Terms of Service

Welcome to TickerTalks. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of tickertalks.ai and our related services (the “Service”), which are operated by Everprod Technologies (“TickerTalks,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Not financial advice

TickerTalks is a research tool, not financial advice. We surface social attention data; we do not make stock recommendations. Past attention is not predictive of future price movements. Investing involves risk of loss, including loss of principal. Nothing on the Service constitutes an offer, solicitation, or recommendation to buy or sell any security. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions and should consult a licensed financial advisor before acting on anything you see here.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in violation of any law or third-party right;
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute our data in bulk, or build a competing product using output from the Service;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, except where permitted by law;
• Interfere with the Service, probe its security, or circumvent rate limits or access controls;
• Use the Service to harass, defame, or post unlawful or infringing content.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Parts of the Service are free; others require a paid subscription. Paid plans renew automatically at the price stated when you subscribed, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and we do not provide refunds for partial periods unless required by law. We may change pricing for future renewal terms with reasonable advance notice.

5. Third-party data

The Service relies on data from third parties — including X, market data providers, and OAuth sign-in providers — which we do not control. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or availability of third-party data, and your use of such data is also subject to those third parties’ terms.

6. Our content and your content

The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, and aggregated outputs, is owned by TickerTalks or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for personal or internal business research in accordance with these Terms.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, and use that content as needed to operate and improve the Service.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that data will be accurate or reliable.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TickerTalks and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any lost profits, lost data, or investment losses, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) ₹5,000.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold TickerTalks harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution — will survive.

11. Changes to the Service or these Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will provide reasonable notice (for example, by updating the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, sending an email or in-app notice). Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Gujarat, India, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
