This Privacy Policy explains what information TickerTalks, operated by Everprod Technologies (“we,” “us,” “our”), collects when you use tickertalks.ai and our related services (the “Service”), how we use that information, and the choices you have. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

Account information

When you sign in with Google or X (Twitter), the provider shares basic profile details with us: your name, email address, profile photo, and a unique account identifier. We do not receive your password.

Usage data

We log standard request data — IP address, user agent, pages visited, referrer, and timestamps — to operate the Service, prevent abuse, and improve performance.

Preferences

We store the themes you follow, settings you change, and similar product preferences so the Service works the way you configured it.

Public X posts

TickerTalks aggregates publicly visible posts on X that contain stock cashtags (e.g. $NVDA). We process these posts to count mentions, summarise sentiment, and surface trending tickers. We do not collect private posts, direct messages, or content from accounts you have not made public.

How we use information

• To provide, operate, and maintain the Service;
• To authenticate you and keep your account secure;
• To respond to support requests and communicate about changes;
• To analyse usage so we can fix bugs and improve features;
• To detect, prevent, and address abuse, fraud, or violations of our Terms.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data to train third-party AI models.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of vendors to run the Service. They process data on our behalf under contractual confidentiality and security obligations:

• Supabase — authentication and database hosting.
• Vercel — application hosting and request logs.
• Google and X — OAuth sign-in providers.
• Google Tag Manager / Analytics — aggregated usage analytics.
• X API and market-data providers — public post and price data we ingest for the Service.

Cookies

We use cookies and similar storage to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and measure aggregate usage. You can clear cookies in your browser at any time; doing so will sign you out.

Data retention

We keep account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your profile and preferences within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain records for legal, security, or accounting reasons. Aggregated, non-identifying data may be retained indefinitely.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email us at [email protected].

Security

We use industry-standard safeguards — encrypted transport, access controls, and managed infrastructure — to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure; if we ever learn of a breach affecting you, we will notify you as required by law.

Children

The Service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.

International users

We operate the Service from India. If you use TickerTalks from outside India, your information will be transferred to and processed in India and in other jurisdictions where our service providers operate.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice (for example, by email or an in-app notice).
